- Application of the Product:

- What is essential to understanding
the system is that there are no limitations on the final appearance
of the structure when the Conecta system is used.

external cladding, flooring and or roofing system, conventional
or otherwise, can be incorporated into the design, thereby allowing
specific "local architectural or engineering features"
and or materials to be used.

- The Building system is being
sold and accepted overseas and there have been homes built in
Tahiti, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Germany, USA, Hawaii, Japan,
Korea, Cook Islands, western Samoa and Australia.

- More interest in the building
system is being received almost on a daily basis from these and
other countries as the product sells itself through US television
exposure, the internet and with its versatility, cost efficiency,
ease of assembly and its outstanding performance.

- Returning to Basics:

- The Vendor had initially designed
and developed the walling system in 1979 to be available to the
average builder even home handy-man and sold through the typical
building supply stores as found in New Zealand and the western
world.

- With the design being so simply,
there was no need for any specialisation in construction procedures
or need for a specific organisation selling and erecting structures
for the end user. However, history has shown that through an
agreement; firstly with Fletcher Residential as "Signature
Homes" and later on with the Hooper Group as "Conecta"
the system was sold, very successfully as a package deal in both
New Zealand and overseas.

- This can now all change, with
no restrictions imposed upon it at present, Conecta can be sold
in random board lengths to anyone and everyone opening up huge
markets internationally if so desired.

- Expansion upon the Value adding Process:

- The Vendor has used the wall
system and added even greater value to it by offering a very
attractive range of buildings from small one-bedroom units through
to executive style 4 bedroom dwellings as well as a range of
commercial buildings.
- These buildings can be sold
either as a basic kitset right up to a total package delivered
virtually anywhere in the world.
