The company's product comprises a solid wood structural walling system that offers structural
strength, earthquake and cyclone resistance, durability and minimal maintenance along with good noise and thermal qualities that makes for a healthy and safe living environment.

What makes this product so superior to other branded products are: -

Buildings can he designed to withstand earthquakes beyond Richter 8 and wind speeds up to 252 kilometres per hour.

The Wall System comprises:

• Solid wooden pre-finished wallboards that are assembled vertically
• Tied to each other with "Wall connectors"
• Steel rods are inserted for additional bracing and to hold the structure down
• Bracing Co-pins to complete the system

The Manurfacturing Process is simple:

All timber is received into the factory, kiln dried and profiled from an out supplier ready for the Conecta process.

After this perforating process, the timber is ready for pre-cutting, waterproofing or treating to the specifications of the end client in the case of export orders.

For a "kitset house," walling components are pre-cut to a computer-generated program that identifies each wall component in any building plan with a maximum individual length of 6 metres. This program is the very heart of the system that and ensures the trouble free assembly at the final destination.

The other components necessary in the assembly of the walling system i.e. connectors, steel rods posts, capping and window reveals are out sourced as required, (keeping both warehouse space and capital expenditure to a minimum).
